Where do you ship?

We ship wihtin Germany, Europe and International. You can check if delivery to your country is available at the checkout.

Do I need additional materials?

We want you to concentrate on crafting while we take care of the organization. The boxes will be sent to you ready to craft, you don't need any additional materials.

Where do you ship from?

We are located in Germany, therefore that is where we ship from.

What are your return policies?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have explained exactly how the return process works under Refund policy.
